This Balm is the Bomb!
Mixing up some yummies today! Here are some of my favorite recipe ingredients for doing balmy rubdowns. I keep these mixed up in coconut oil and stored in covered containers like the ones posted below. Start with a tiny amount of carrier, find the number of drops that works best for you--it really does not take much, and just use the oils that you have. No need to go and order oils you don't have. These are going to help whether you have a couple of the oils or all of them. No recipe is an exact science, anyway! This is a great way to get the most out of your oils and help them to last.
I use this before I go outside for a run in the winter months...
Balsam fir, or any conifer tree
I store my balms in covered glass bowls like these:
Click on the photos to order the bowls, or click "shop now" on the Facbeook page to visit our A-store. Bowls are listed in the section LOTIONS, BARS, BRICKS, & BALMS. And of course, whether you need a couple oils or are ready to sign up, Anointed By Abba is happy to help.
